Alanna and Matwij met the modern way, through Bumble, but their connection was anything but ordinary. Their very first date took place at a cozy restaurant on Colborne Street in downtown Toronto. Over charcuterie and cocktails, they quickly discovered their shared love of great food, heartfelt conversation, and a light sense of humour. What they didn’t realize at the time was that the street where it all began would one day become the neighbourhood and the very street they’d call home.

From the beginning, Alanna and Matwij bonded over their mutual love of country music, travel, good food and drinks, and quality time with the people they care about most. Naturally, their first trip together took them to Texas, the perfect destination for two country music fans with a sense of adventure!

Now, they share a home in Port Credit with their adorable dog, Miley. Whether they’re exploring new restaurants, battling it out in (very) competitive pickleball matches, singing along at concerts, or planning their next getaway, they’ve built a life full of fun, love, and laughter.

More than anything, Alanna and Matwij treasure the time they spend with their family and friends, and they can't wait to celebrate this next chapter with all of you.
